We will provide you with prepaid shipping documents if Golf Avenue is responsible for an error causing the return (wrong product shipped, defective product, pricing error). In all other cases, a $15 shipping and insurance costs will be deducted from your refund.
*International shipments are not subject to returns (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and any other countries outside of Canada and USA)
* We only allow one refund in store credit per product category per year



Additional details

  • Golf Avenue reserves the right to refuse a return or apply a restocking fee to the returned item(s) if the item(s) is not returned in the same condition and packaging that it was sold in. The restocking fee of a minimum of 20% will be decided upon inspection of the club's condition and the delay of the return.
  • Unless the return is initiated due to an error caused by Golf Avenue, a defective product or an item purchased with a promotion such as Free Shipping, the customer is responsible for covering return shipping fees and insurance. We strongly suggest obtaining a tracking number when shipping a return.
