Shipping Time

Golf Avenue CA ships your order within 24 to 48 hours following your purchase. This process time allows us to validate the shipping and billing address and to prepare your shipment.

Shipping time varies depending on the shipping method you select at checkout. All orders are shipped with a tracking number to make sure you can follow your purchase at all times.

In order to reach as many locations as possible and to reduce the delays, we ship all the orders through the most renowned shipping carriers in the world such as UPS, Fedex and Canada Post.

For information, the map below indicates the estimated transit times using Standard Shipping:

* Shipping time can be longer for remote locations. A better estimate will be given by the shipping carrier following the shipment of your order.

All orders leave our warehouse every afternoon, Monday to Friday.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $199 in Canada & $99 in the US (before taxes and after discount). If your order does not qualify for free shipping, a small shipping fee will automatically be applied to your order.

* Locations excluded from the Free Shipping promotion: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon.

We are always renegotiating our rates with shipping carriers to offer the lowest shipping rates possible. Rates are based on the size and weight of the package, the shipping method chosen and the delivery address.

Tracking Your Order

A shipping label will be printed when your order is ready to leave our warehouse. Upon the creation of your shipping label, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that this tracking number will only become active at the end of the day when your package arrives at the carrier’s facility.

Tracking Your Order

UPS World Saver is our shipping method to all points outside of the United States and Canada. UPS World Saver is, generally, delivered in just 5-7 business days after leaving our facility. We provide you a fully insured and traceable online package from the time that it leaves our facility until it arrives to you.

Brokerage Fees

Our international shipping charge includes the cost of shipping and brokerage fees. Although, you will be responsible for customs duties, taxes and additional import fees upon delivery, you will not be subject to third party brokerage charges.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Depending on your country's laws, you may be subject to import duties and taxes on your purchase. Your charge from Golf Avenue CA only includes the cost of your golf club(s) and the cost of shipping. You will be responsible for paying any additional import duties and taxes at the time of delivery prior to your package being released to you. Please note that we have no control over these charges nor can we predict accurately what they may be. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local government office if you'd like more information.

** Please note that all our international shipments include a commercial invoice. Therefore, we declare the actual value of your purchase and nothing will be shipped as a gift.
