Extended Returns Period for the Holiday Season

We want to make shopping as worry-free as possible this holiday season, so we’ve extended our returns period!
Purchases made between November 15, 2019 and December 25, 2019 can be returned for a full refund within sixty (60) days (regularly 30).

Please note the following policies apply:
  • Returns passed the sixty (60) day period: An item may still be returned for up to seventy-five (75) days following the purchase date, but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee of the purchase price.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, including the packaging and any accessories.
  • NEW condition clubs that are not returned in their original packaging are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price. Any additional restocking fee will be decided upon inspection of the club's condition and the delay of the return.
  • Non-Club Returns (including, but not limited to: apparel, footwear, golf bags, accessories): Must be returned in the original packaging and/or with the original tags attached as sold.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Your satisfaction makes our success and we do everything we can to fill your needs. This is why all our items come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you decide that the golf club you purchased is not what you expected, wanted or whatever other reason, you have thirty (30) days to return it, hassle free and we will either exchange it or issue a refund for the full price of the item. That simple! If you are not satisfied with your purchase after the thirty (30) day return policy has expired, we will still accommodate you! You have up to forty-five (45) days to return your clubs and we will only charge a 15% re-stocking fee.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

For example: If you purchase a club for $100 and want to return if after forty-three (43) days, we will charge a re-stocking fee and issue a credit or refund of $85, minus the applicable shipping costs.

Important Qualifiers
All items must be returned in their original condition, including the packaging and any accessories. With this in mind, please note all returns implicating NEW clubs that have been hit will be subject to a minimum of 25% re-stocking fee from the day of the sale. Any additional re-stocking fee will be decided upon inspection of the club's condition and the delay of the return. Packages must be shipped back to Golf Avenue CA within thirty (30) days of the initial delivery at your location for a complete refund or within forty-five (45) days for a refund with a reinsertion fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance unless it was Golf Avenue CA's mistake. We strongly suggest obtaining a tracking number.

* We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee or refuse a return if any of the above conditions are not met.
* Every item purchased can be returned once for a credit or refund.
* In the event of a refund for an item that was purchased with a promotion (such as Free Shipping), we will refund the total price of the item, minus the shipping charges related to this particular item.

Apparel & shoes returns: Apparel may be returned following the same policy as golf club returns. However, apparel with tags that have been removed from the items will not be accepted as returns and will not be refunded
